I strive to have an approach to planning that brings out the uniqueness of you - as a couple and as individuals. My goal is to get to know you on a personal level. When listening to your story, how you proposed, and your interests, I am taking note of how we can incorporate those pieces into your special day. This way we can showcase a design that is uniquely you. I want your guests to walk in and say, "Oh my gosh, this is SO David and Lauren"!

When working with me, you aren't going to get a cookie-cutter planning experience. Of course, I have my tried and true planning process - a systematic way of selecting vendors, building timelines, and so on - but I am flexible and able to tailor the process according to your needs.

When planning such a meaningful event, we need to have a relationship that instills trust and confidence. I am the kind of person who will be in your corner. I will listen to your desires for your big day and bring them to fruition.

I have been told by past clients that I am organized, down to earth, and genuine. The biggest compliments I have received are from seasoned event vendors who notice how much attention I give to my clients. They express that I go above and beyond, and that is my intent for every person I work with.

It is always an honor to be chosen as someone's wedding planner, and I truly would love to assist you as you plan your perfect day. I can't wait to hear from you and begin the next chapter in your love story!

I have been told by multiple vendors that I go above and beyond what they typically see from other wedding planners. To me, the things I do that go "above and beyond" are just a part of my services and who I am as a human being.

I also have a high expectation for myself and the events I produce. My timelines are planned down to the minute. It means so much to me when a bride tells me how calm she felt on her big day. That tells me I have done my job well!

I'm ready to book! How do I secure my date?

Will the planning process be collaborative?

Do you accept more than one event in a day?

What sets you apart from the rest?

Next Question

I do not accept multiple events in a single day. I am the sole planner for my company, which means I can only accept a certain number of events per year. This allows me to give personalized care and attention to each of my clients.

I have a trusted team who has worked with me for 8 years. They assist me with day-of logistics and are aware of the smallest of details we have planned together. I provide them with the timeline and floor plan ahead of your big day so we all are on the same page.

Next Question

It certainly will be a collaborative effort. Even though I have a list of trusted event professionals, I still want my clients to decide who they want to work with. You will not be limited to choosing from my list.

When beginning the planning and design phases, I will get an idea of your style, colors and overall feeling for your event. Once I understand your vision, I begin crafting a cohesive design - from linens to invitations to florals. You will get to see the design board and we will adjust it together so you absolutely love it!

If you book a planning package, work begins right away! On average, my clients book the full service or partial planning packages anywhere from 12 - 18 months prior to their wedding day. Although I have worked with many clients with a shorter timeframe.

The final stages management package books anywhere from a few weeks before and up to one year before the wedding day. I have my couples send me their planning documents 90 days prior, and we have our first meeting 60 days prior.
